I wasn’t totally sure about signing up at first, but it’s been convenient. The food shows up on time, and I don’t really have to think about it anymore. No hassle so far...

I like the food and haven’t had any issues with the meals themselves, but my last two orders showed up late and the tracking just sat there without updates for days?? It’s kind of hard to plan meals when I have no idea when the box is actually coming. Customer service did respond, which I appreciated, but they didn’t really clear anything up or help much

I’ve been adding this to my dog’s raw meals and it’s been really easy to use. It mixes in well, actually, I should say it disappears into the food quickly, and my dog hasn’t had any stomach issues so far.

My order showed up fast, and the food actually smelled really fresh, not stale like a few other brands I’ve tried. My dog went for it right away, so that was a win. I’m taking off one star just because the bag was a little dusty when it arrived, but overall it was goooood.

I’ve been feeding my dog Volhard for a bit now and the ingredients are what sold me. It’s actual food I can recognize, not a long list of weird fillers and stuff. My dog eats it with no problem and seems to be doing really well on it too. It’s definitely not the cheapest option, but I feel a lot better giving him this than most of the kibble I’ve tried before

The food itself seemed okay, but the packaging gave me a bad first impression. One corner of the box was slightly crushed, and when I opened it there was powder around the bag, which made it feel kind of messy right away. Nothing was completely ruined, but for the price, I expected it to show up cleaner and a bit more sturdy.

I’m taking off one star because it’s definitely not cheap, and one shipment took longer than I expected. Still, I’m happy with it overall, and since I’m already biased toward anything that helps my dog feel better, I’ll probably keep using it.

I blame myself a bit for waiting to reach out, because they made the whole process really easy. No runaround at all, which I really appreciated

I switched my 6-year-old lab over to Volhard slowly, just following the guide. I was a little nervous because his stomach can be sensitive, and usually when we change food it turns into... well, not a fun cleanup situation.
The first few days were totally fine, and by the time we finished the transition, his poop was actually better than it had been before. He also eats it right away now, which is nice because he used to kind of pick around his bowl like he was deciding if it was worth it.

I’ve been giving my dog Volhard for a few weeks now, i kind of regret not starting earlier. He just seems so much more alert and playful. He’s running around longer, has more energy after walks, and doesn’t flop down like he used to. It’s been really nice seeing him act more like himself again.

I’ve noticed my dog is doing a lot better lately, and the first thing that really stood out was her coat. It looks smoother and a little shinier, especially around her shoulders and the patch near her tail that always seemed kind of dull before. She just seems more comfortable overall, and it’s such a relief to see those small changes add up

These supplements did help a little bit for us, not a huge difference though. I was hoping for more, but okay they were.

My orders have always shown up just fine, no weird issues or anything. Most importantly, my dog does really good on the food, so that kinda says it all for me. It’s nice finding a company that actually seems to care.
